Wait a minute... you're asking who is "in charge of" a piece of spam,
from 2004, in an email list archive?

What do you even mean my that question - are you looking for the list
administrator, the sender of the spam, the service advertised in the
spam? And for what purpose?

And... I might add, the answer to all of those questions is included
either in the message itself, or the surrounding web site containing the
architecture.
